This page explains how to request deletion of your Your App account and data.
How to delete your account
- Open the Your App app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap "Delete account".
- Read the confirmation message.
- Confirm with your OTP or password.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
What happens next
Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted within 7 days.
What data is deleted
- Name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Password
- Coins / credits and activity history
